About Us
Jen
When Jen isn’t meticulously tending to the pepper garden and scouting out new, rare, and unusual peppers, she works in the biotechnology field. Her primary motivations are 1) understanding human disease states and creating high quality medicines with the end goal of treatment and improving patients’ quality of life and 2) promoting technologies to solve global challenges and create a sustainable future.
Rae
When Rae isn’t cooking up new confectionary and savory creations running the gamut of heat levels, she works as an Aquatics Director at the YMCA. Her primary passions and motivations are aquatics education and training of life guards, children, and adults while also giving back to her community. She focuses on water safety where she is on the front lines battling the war against the drowning epidemic. Her dedication to saving lives is paramount.
Cooper
When Cooper isn’t working the garden as Farmer Dog chasing away suspicious critters and pests, he enjoys going on dog-centered activities such as walks, car rides, loafing on the couch, and savoring his chewy bones.
Jasmine & Lily
When Jasmine and Lily aren’t quality control testing the catnip, they enjoy napping on their floor to ceiling cat tower, watching cat tv out the windows, and playing with a sundry of toys.
